In late summer Loons begin to congregate on the lakes of Algonquin park as they prepare to migrate for the winter. This is a great time to photograph them as the cooling temperatures from the night create foggy, moody looking mornings. Paddle out on the lake with Teddy in a kayak and learn how to see these scenes for the artistic masterpieces that they are and how to capture them equally so.
This work shop will include a 4 hour shooting time with Teddy where you will be guided on how to safely use a kayak and bring along your camera gear without getting wet! The kayak rental will be included with the work shop, however camera gear insurance will not be, you may want to insure your gear before this outting if you are not confident in your skill set around water.
If you are staying more than one day in the park you can book multiple outings with Teddy for either morning or evening shooting, at your choice.
Teddy is not responsible for lost or damaged equipment. We will be working extremely close to the water. It is important that you are comfortable with this risk. Teddy will educate you on best practices with your gear, but he assumes absolutely no responsibilities for accidents that may occur when in the field.
